1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on phwi or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all registered players accessing the platform from the Philippines. 3. Account Security and Responsibility

You must notify phwi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. phwi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account use where reasonable security measures were not followed by the account holder. Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Balances

All transactions on phwi are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing through a supported local payment method. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times and may require identity verification before funds are released. phwi reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
